I hereby request registration in the selected Inukshuk Academy course(s) for myself/my child and authorize the Academy to communicate with my/my child’s home school regarding academic progress and course-related matters. I understand that successful completion of a course is not guaranteed, and that all assessments, evaluations, and grades will be determined in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Education guidelines and the official Inukshuk Academy Policies. I acknowledge that Inukshuk Academy may record online class sessions or other school activities for educational quality assurance, safety, and monitoring purposes.

Student Code of Conduct & Attendance Policy

I understand that demonstrating respectful behavior toward peers, teachers, and administrative staff is mandatory. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate communication of any kind is strictly prohibited. I agree to: Uphold academic integrity by avoiding plagiarism, cheating, and unethical use of technology or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Use Inukshuk Academy’s Learning Management System (Moodle) and related digital platforms responsibly and exclusively for educational purposes. Maintain regular attendance and participation, understanding that each course requires approximately 110 instructional hours to qualify for an Ontario credit. Complete all coursework and exams within the specified 18-month timeframe from the date of enrollment. I understand that failure to meet attendance, participation, or conduct expectations may result in disciplinary action, grade penalties, or course withdrawal, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.

Refund & Course Transfer Policy

I understand that Inukshuk Academy does not issue refunds after registration. Students may, however, request a course transfer within 7 days of registration, provided that: No assessments or graded components have been attempted, and The student meets the prerequisite requirements for the new course. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration via email or official form.
